Born in Senigallia, (Italy) she graduated in Viola under the guidance of Maestro Ludovico Coccon. She continued her studies at the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole, participating in the activities of the Italian Youth Orchestra (Orchestra Giovanile Italiana) as Principal Viola and attending advanced training courses with Maestros Piero Farulli and Augusto Vismara of the Trio di Trieste, as well as in Rome with Maestros Bruno Giuranna and Felix Ayo.
In 1994, she won the national competition for teaching positions at Italian conservatories. She has collaborated with numerous chamber and symphony orchestras, including RAI, the Teatro Comunale di Bologna, Archi Italiani, Teatro di San Carlo in Naples, Orchestra Rossini, Camerata Lisy, Orchestra Internazionale d’Italia, and Gli Archi di Santa Cecilia, also serving as Principal Viola.
Alongside her chamber music activities, since 1996 she has been a permanent member of the Orchestra dell’Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome.
